July Damage Prevention Meeting – General Membership Meeting

An event every year that begins at 9:00 am on day third of July, repeating indefinitely
You are invited to join the monthly meetings where excavation safety discussions are a priority. All attendees are invited to participate sharing information regarding every aspect of the 811 system, including:
Ticket processing — Discuss law changes for both Delaware and Maryland, ITIC training, solving ticket problems, Ticket Check responses and on-time performance concerns
Worksite concerns — Share concerns that affect utility members, locators and property owners, tolerance zone concerns, damages, etc.
Enforcement — Hear updates for Delaware and Maryland on law change enforcement
Education — Join in on training, learn about awareness outreach and hear local safety and damage prevention conference information
Reports — Be in the know about various reports shared on a monthly basis
Be part of the solution and support by attending the monthly General Membership meetings. These meetings welcome utility members, locators, contractors, PSC, homeowners, private and public landowners — everyone has a voice!
